How To Delete Your Google Gmail Account

Have you been surfing through devices (mobile and pc ) looking for how to delete your gmail account?. This is an encounter i had through out the day to delete one of my google gmail account. I first searched the google search engine on how to delete my google gmail account. My search words where the right ones. But as usual google goes deep in getting various pages which have strong and better keyword match to bring out the queries that suit your search. Trust me non of those results were helpful. But thankfully, I had to do thorough look into the pages to look for where the delete account button is.

Below are the steps to successfully delete your google gmail account.

First log into your gmail account. This account should be the one you want to delete. Enter your username and password. after you are logged into your email. Click on the bold letter color on your right. On your interface it could be another color.

Next click on the privacy link to take you to another page that looks like the image seen below. 

Click on the link that says Visit Your Google Account to take you to another page where you will have to select another link where you can manage your account privacy, info and security. The image looks like this below.

Next is to click on the navigation links found on the left side of the menu area. Click on the Data and Personalization. Scroll down to where you see Download, Delete or make plan for your data. Click on Delete a service or your account. The page looks like this

Next Click on the link link that says Delete your google account. When you click on the link Google will ask you for your password. after you place your password a confirmation will pop up asking you to confirm that you want to delete your account. Note that after you delete your account google will tell you that you have some time to change your decision and revert your account. I hope this steps help you solve this issue.
